My name is Danny Lopez, and I’m the owner of Lopez Custom Works LLC.

I started my career in residential construction, most recently working as a Construction Manager for one of the premier builders in the Houston area. In that role, I managed multiple home builds from start to finish—overseeing schedules, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring projects were completed on time and within budget.

That experience gave me a deep understanding of what it takes to build a home the right way—from foundation to final walk-through.

Today, I’m applying that same level of discipline, organization, and attention to detail to real estate investing and home renovations.
